COT teaching rules?

I keep hearing that there are new rules for the COT teachers...what are they??
(I am considering teaching a class but want to create it and organize it before saying anything and I might as well make sure I do it by the rules the first time around right? Hehe.)

There are several rules for the current teachers, and I'm also working on a few "requirements" that people who want to teach need to fulfill before i can allow them to start teaching.. but its still in the works and I'm waiting for Kaylara to get back because she is my "admin corrospondant" when it comes to the CoT... once I have that worked out, I'll post a "sticky" thread on here with all the info for the prospective teachers.
