I've encountered this Goddess at one point, and I couldnt find anymore info about her... Is anyone familiar with her? I would love to learn more about her.

The only reference I can find to a Meg (in celtic mythos) is a folktale about a Highland Brownie named Meg, or something Maggy, Moulach. She had a son, and they lived together in a reputedly haunted mill. One day, a girl needed meal, so she went after-dark to the mill alone. While there, Meg's son came upon her, and asked her who she ways. She replied "Me Myself". He leered at her and frightened her, so she dumped a cauldron of water she had been boiling on him, mortalling wounding him. He went back to his mother, who could not heal him. She asked him who had hurt him, but he just said "Me Myself". The girl did not get away free though, as Meg heard her talking about the incident and hurling a three legged stool at her so furiously that the girl was killed on the spot.

I'm guessing thats not exactly what you were looking for in terms of a goddess, but since after Christianity came, most of the gods were demoted to faeries and brownies, this could be a remnant of an older Meg the Goddess.

I found this at a pagan jewelry site that made Meg the Healer jewelry  http://www.gaeliccrossings.com/store/index.php/cat_9

Meg was a famous healer of the Highlands. So great were her healing powers, the faery folk called upon her when faced with illness for which they could not conjure a cure. Meg was rumored to be over a hundred years old and still beautiful. She did not die but was taken by the Pixies into Faeryland where she still resides. Meg’s existance corresponds to several time periods. This fact coupled with the legend of eternal beauty, suggests several “Megs” may have actually existed with one woman passing the knowledge and craft to the next. Thus, the image of a beautiful, ageless healer became firmly fixed in the Scots’ minds. She is shown with thistles both as a symbol of the Highlands and for their traditional use by healers.

You could try meditating?
Burn something like heather and thistle for incense, see if she 'speaks' :)

I have to ponder if somehow this Meg might be related in some fashion to Brigid. After all, she was commonly considered to be a healer. Maybe you can try looking something up along those lines.

she could be assosiated with Brigid though from my understanding they are very distinct from each other, and Meg is part of the Fairy Realm.

and Macha, yes Im going to try and meditate.. hopefully ill find some free time tomorrow evening to do so :D
I hope I'll get some sort of direction!

Morr,
I found some information in one of Edain McCoy's books I was looking thru last night.

Same information you've listed but it also had this...

Magick and Ritual: healing, herbal knowledge, aid in faery contact
Correspondence: Chamomile

She lived to be 100 years old, and was taken into Faeryland where it is believed she still resides.
