And as far as which tarot deck is the best that is really up to you, these things are individual and some like one deck and others another, finding out which deck is best suited for you might take you some time and lots of searching and also one deck might work for you right now, but you might grow out of it later. :)

I did the Pentagram spread for you.

Card 1 (tells us about previous experiences that either is a benefit for you, or are standing in your way and that it's time to release...) Six of cups. The keywords to this card is joy and satisfaction. It tells of memories from your childhood that will make your understanding for your innerself grow. Perhaps a dream will come to you. This card also tells me that you are a person who likes children and perhaps works or wishes to work with children. This card is most likely telling us something that is to your benefit.

Card 2 (tells us about your relationship to your physical body and also describes your financial situation). Ace of wands, reversed. This card stands for a wish for disciplinary and creative work. It tells us about a fire running through a person, about creativity that is flowing. The advice is usually for a person to follow ones intuition. It sometimes also speaks of a sexualmeeting. Now reversed its a bit different. It tells us about an inability to concentrate and focus, of a feel that nothing gets done. This tells me that you are somewhat stuck in the relation with your physical body, that you probably want to do more, or take better care of yourself, but you feel unable to. Now really the only way to break out of this is to do something, nothing fancy, just like a twenty min walk, or signing up to a yoga class. :)
As for your financial situation, it is probably the same, slow and nothing happens... well, I am guessing your financial situation is rather stabile so I guess it is not so bad. :)

Card 3 (tells us about your creativity and how you express your inner fire) Three of coins. This card speaks of a job done just for the pleasure of doing it. This card tells me of a person who does everything to its fullest, who puts her soul into everything she does. The 3 of coins describes an artist, a joy of creating things, of being good at what one does and not needing other peoples judgement on what one has done. The advice from this card is for you to be patient, what you do will bear fruit, even if it takes time. Enjoy what you got around you, be systematic and pay attention to details. This card tells me that you are a creative person, and that you probably are expressing your inner fire by practising some sort of art, dancing, singing, music, painting etc.

Card 4: (tells us about your wishes and how to get there, the card gives you some advice on your way there...) Seven of wands reversed. This card stands for finding a balance, it also tells us about getting a raise, or stepping one step up on the latter. Not everyone might like what you do, but you should keep on doing it, know that you are right. This card sometimes also speaks of heroic things, like getting a medal for something well done. Reversed this card tells us that someone is in your way, someone is getting really annoyed by your prescense, someone might attack you verbally and question your way of living and your choice of friends etc, or it might even suggest that you are that kind of person. I think for this card it comes with a warning to you, to pay attention, to be careful, to let go of anger, to rise from your passitivity, to not give up...

Card 5 (describes where your idea is heading, the outcome) Queen of wands. The queen of wands is fire and water. She is extrovert, spontane, got lots of charisma, and she is generous. Traditionally she is the fire witch, she works in the center of society, she heals and she works "as a witch". She can call upon rain, and she controls weather. At her worst she is dominant, she can't stand to loose, and she is sometimes rude.
However, the advice from this card tells us that you have the power to do what it takes, that you can fulfill your wishes. Use your time creative, build up your social network. Prepare yourself to be part of exciting projects. This card tells us that your wishes will come true, but you must work some to get there, I say you are heading somewhere very interesting and that you will be in the center of things, you will be where it all happens.
