Qabala help?

i'm looking for a tarot correspondence to the A'ri Tree of Life glyph.

i know that i'm exploring an Hermetic reference in a Rabbinical system, but there you are.
the Hermetics all insist on using that ridiculous 'Kircher' Tree, so i can't find what i'm looking for. but at my teacher's insistance, we've decided to reconstruct the Hermetic Tree (to where it actually makes some sense!), and i'd like to see if there are any prior thoughts along this line (i can't imagine that there isn't, but i haven't been able to find any).

as much as i hate to say it, Crowley falls quite short in this area (imo), so i'm leaving him behind (eat my dust Beast!!! :lol: )

so anybody, 'little help?

Theres, by Tarot connection to the Tree of Life, do you mean a card that has the tree represented on it ? Is the X of Pentacles what you're looking for? The Pentacles on the card are in the form of the Tree of Life (so my Tarot teacher told me):

no, what i was looking for was the trump correspondence to the paths.
however, we've decided to go completely original and assign the trumps to the paths according to our own research.

i thank you endlessly for your time though, and i'll let you know what we come up with (if we ever actually finish!). ;)

I'm afraid that the Kaballah, Qaballah, etc...was never a real interest of mine,therefore I never educated myself upon it, which I should do, regardless.

Perhaps I can speak with SoulFire. We're best friends in RL, and as a publisher, and an Elder of our tradition, he's quite learned in many other path.

I'll see what he has to say on the subject, or maybe have him post here.

actually, since i posted this a few years back i have found the diagram below. while it doesn't show the trump correspondences, it does have the Hebrew letters assigned to the paths. it shouldn't be too difficult to extrapolate the major paths from there.

Not sure if this would help but have you ever read or looked at Clive Barrett's the Ancient Egyptian tarot? One page 136 there is a diagram of the tree of life and the trump corespondences.... as I said not sure if it would help but thought since I just found my book while unpacking and remembered the diagram I thought I would mention it :)

no, not yet. tonight would normally be my Qaballa class but i'm not going tonight.
however we are just finishing up three years of study and meditation on the trumps, the sephira and 1-10, with side trips through astrology and geomancy along the way.
so the next step is to crunch all the data we have accumulated during that time (it's amazing how 'linked' we have become with our meditations!) and then start meditating on assigning the cards to the paths. this will probably take some time, but hey, after three years it's obvious we're not in a hurry! (lol).

thanks for that recommendation. i don't have that deck but i'm pretty sure someone else in the class will. between the six of us we have nearly 200 different decks!
