Ah, crap, I just finished a book yesterday that had lists of magazines in it... Left it at home and brought in a different book to work today...
Anywho:
Sage Woman is good. http://www.sagewoman.com/
Their site also lists these:
Pan Gaia http://www.pangaia.com/
The Blessed Bee (newsletter) http://www.blessedbee.com/
New Witch http://www.newwitch.com/
And a quick Google search turned these up:
Pentacle http://www.pentaclemagazine.org/
Mountain Thunder http://www.vinland.org/heathen/mt/
Elements http://www.bluemoondesign.org/elements/home.html
And a site that lists many others:

Mind, I've only read Sage Woman, myself. Can't vouch for any of the others...

I read new witch a lot and just love it!! The articles are written by real down to earth people that dont bother you with junk you dont wanna read about!! Very good zine, and sage women is wonderful too...As for a good catolog to order from, try azure green, the website is most likely azuregreen.com but they have everything you want! I order from them on a regular basis and have never had any problems with them

Make that a fourth on Sage Woman--it's a great magazine! New Witch is created by the same publishers as Sage Woman, and I understand it's geared specifically for a younger crowd (teens and 20-somethings). I've never read it myself, being the late-30-something hag-ette that I am.
Another good all-purpose Pagan magazine (by the same publishers as Sage Woman, again) is PanGaia.

Circle Sanctuary also puts out a fairly polished magazine called Circle. I've heard they temporarily suspended publication, but I'm not 100% certain of that. (Maybe someone else here knows.) It's not as good as Sage Woman and the others, but it's still worth a look.

You could also take a look at www.witchvox.com. I can't find where they list Pagan/Wiccan publications specifically, but there's a wealth of information there, and if you're looking for shops/websites/companies that carry Wiccan supplies and tools, you'll find a ton listed here.

The people who produce SageWoman and PanGaia also have one aimed at the "younger crowd" -- newWitch.
All three of their magazines are top-quality and well worth reading no matter where you are in the learning curve, or whether you are Wiccan or another type of Pagan.
If you're interested in more scholarly topics, you might enjoy Parabola magazine. There are also a number of history and archeology magazines out that would likely interest Pagans.
The listing of Pagan magazine websites at Witchvox is at http://www.witchvox.com/lx/lx_zines.html (and be sure to check out the other categories at the left -- there are some magazines that are online ones and not print ones too!)

I've seen Sage Woman and, I think, PanGaia at really large bookstore. If I were you, I'd go to the websites and see how you like them.
I think I saw a newpaper put out by Circle Sanctuary long long ago.
