Does anyone know what colors go with each god and goddess?
If there is a site that can help me I’d appreciate it :)

Hm... I'm in the ending stage of moving, and my books are still packed... but I'll get back to you on that one. In the meantime, I'll look online and see what I come up with.

If you would like to be truly classic the candles would probably be the gold of pure bees' wax. Going another direction, you might burn a tallow lamp. I know that candle colors have been assigned to almost everything these days, so you can probably find the info you want somewhere. Remember there were no refinerys to process petroleum into wax during the classic era of pantheons.

I found this site with limited color info:
http://www.britwitch.com/pages/correspondences/candles.html
it's towards the bottom.
So far, that's all I can find.

Off the top of my head, think peacock colors for Hera. Fiery colors for Hephastitus (spelling is off there... bah.. the Greek God of Forged Metal). Pinks and rosy perhaps for Aphrodite.. Black and silver for Hades and Persephone.(Or spring colors for Persephone depending on if you're worshipping her as a Priestess of Spring or Goddess of the Underworld) Golden, rich creams and amber shades for Demeter.
*drums fingers thinking*
That's about it if you want to add colors to your greek panthenon but the above posters were absolutely correct, the traditional light sources were usually oil lamps and natural wax candles. I look at candle magic about like I do towards most of the altar items. It's a tool to focus your energies, directing your will. If a green/purple/blue candle honoring Hera puts you in the right mindframe, then that's the color you go with. Aphrodite/Venus could be thought of as "blue-ish" due to her "birth" from a conch shell rising from the sea in a wave of foam. Or she could be sensual and passionate, with reds and such. There are two very different images of one Goddess, and the color scheme recognizing one image may not place you in the mindset you need to be in to perform whatever ritual you're attempting to accomplish.
Umm, hope that helped somewhat :)
I suggested the blues, purples and greens because the peacock was part of Hera's menagerie.
