View Full Version : Do you read them???

When reading some of the posts in this forum, do you read other individual readings prior to performing your own reading?

I was curious because I tend not to read what another has written for an individual other then myself. Hope that made sence.

Two things; readings to me are rather personal so I don't read what others have written for others; two, I don't want anothers reading to affect how I might preceive the cards when I do a reading for one who has asked.

Just wanted to get your input on the issue.

Thought?

Thanks,

I don't, for the same reason-- I don't want it to influence me. But I do afterwards, just to see if mine came close to someone else's reading. But if anyone's privacy feels invaded, please tell me and I'll stop. :)

I don't think anyone feels that they are being invaded. Since these requests are online and all. That was just a personal thing for me. If I ask for a reading online, I fully expect others to read it. If it's of a personal nature, I would ask to be PM'd.

I don't usually read others results with the cards for a couple of reasons...the number one being time...never enough is there? Also I don't want it to influence my reading.

Good question rant!!!

I don't read others' readings either. Mostly, like Semele, b/c of time, but also, like RnR - I think readings are a personal thing.
