Merry Meet to you all... I am new here.
My main question is how do you best handle practicing with a very hectic life? Feel free to email me.

It's a challenge for sure!!!!

Try and set asside at least a little time every day. If you ride the bus, take a book to read, meditate regularly.

I practice when I need to.

Simple as that.

Welcome!
I personally take a couple of minutes every day ( and evening) to center and connect. One of my favorite times is when I have my first cup of tea or coffee and just meditate for a minute.
good luck.

I try to take a few minutes everyday to just center and say "thank-you" to the Lady and the Lord.....and I actually find that taking the time to light a candle and read the Tarot is a good way to start my day...

My gods understand if I have to go to the DMV.

and that that took so much of your time that you couldn't light a candle or say a prayer?
i guess i have the wrong Goddess.

1: an excursion to the DMV usually takes several hours. At least in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Maryland (the states I've lived in, in which I've had to encounter their DMV/MVA/SoS).

2: I don't have to expend candlewax for my gods to know I love them. I just be myself. My gods will love me no less if I forgo the whole candle devotion bit. I pray when I seek counsel, intervention or a connection, and they contact me (in the damnedest ways) when they want something. It's a working relationship. There is much love involved, but it is a working relationship nonetheless, betwixt Netjeru and myself.

3: Maybe you do have the wrong Goddess ;)

underlying my whole life is the thread that connects me to Mother Earth. lately it has been during the ride to work. the prettiest sunsets, some meditation and i know Gaia is talking to me. :)
the rest just all works itself out i guess.

I try to find time to practice when my son is asleep and at least once a week. There are a few prayers I have written that I try to do on certian moon phases, but they understand if mundane life gets in the way. Motherhood is apart of my spiritual path, techinicaly everything even the mundande is part of your spiritual path.

I feel that the Gods don't need to be worshiped, but it's nice when people chose to do so. I feel that communication with the Gods/your Gods is more important than actual worship.
