I just had to send a cat to the pound :(

:wah: At my job someone that has been staying here for about four months left there cat in the room and someone found it yesterday the poor thing hasn't been fed for like a week so I brought her some cat food and the pound had to come and get her so I had to help put her in the cage and she was crying so bad which made me cry the guy said that most likely the cat will be adopted and he gave me a number to check up on her to see if she has been adopted yet.

Ohhh...how could the owner just leave her there like that...I hope the little one has luck on her side and is adopted by someone who deserves her.

I was so disgusted when I found the cat just sitting in the window seal it really made me sick that people can just do that, oh yeah AND the a/c was turned off!!! So the poor cat was very hot with NO water or ANYTHING!! Alot of people in louisiana don't like cats very much almost everyone that I talk to hate them. AND I found out that some people I work with found the cat the day before yesterday and said I am "afraid of cats" that was there excuse for not giving te poor thing water or ANYTHING!!! :flamer: :flamer: :flamer: I am still very upset I was like what happened to the caring people?

Violet Rain, I'm glad you found her...what her owner did was reprehensible, but what your workmates did (knew she was there, and neglected her) was just as cruel.

I'm right over here! Trying to type with four cats fighting over my lap. Oh, sorry. Seriously though, not everybody is like that, although sometimes it seems like it. You've made the best choice you could for poor kitty, and hopefully she will find a wonderful home where she will always be loved.

yes!!! I got a call today about the kitty and she is up for adoption!!!!! I got the message when I came to work today the lady said that she wanted to talk to me, I can't have her because I don't have enough room or else I would take her in a heartbeat if anyone lives in the new orleans area and would like a sweet cat pm me ok, she is all black with just a hint of white underneath her chin and gold eyes.
