Numbers in dreams

I've read if you dream of a number with more than one digit than you should keep adding them up until you get one. I had a dream and someone was talking about charging me something but the price was either 1356 or 1365, I can't remember which, and now I'm not sure if I'm close but I know that it was 13--. So my question is should I add up the numbers that I think they are or just use the number 13 or use 4 for my interpretation? TIA

To see numbers in your dream, signifies unsettled conditions in business resulting in uneasiness and dissatisfaction.

Usually, you want to stick with the basic numbers (1 through 9) when trying to decipher the meaning to multiple digit numbers. For example, the number "1965" could mean the year 1965. But you can also add up the digits until you get one number. Thus 1965 --> 1+9+6+5 = 21 --> 2+1 = 3. I think numbers in dreams, like most anything else, depends on what the dream was about. In yours, it appeared to be the cost of something, which could indicate a purchase you made that is on your mind. Perhaps what ever a purchase was took some thought. On the other hand, I once dreamt of a plane crash and I could see the number of the plane. I usually don't play the lottery. But a friend of mine was going to pick up the daily numbers so I decided to play the numbers I dreamt of. I won. I also reversed the numbers, had I played the numbers as I dreamt them, I would have won more. So, if you have a lottery in your state, play it for at least 5 days and see what happens!
