There isn't really a set of rules. That's part of the joy!!!! When concerning Wicca in particular, there are traditions which have guidelines, but you'd have to look at each specific trad.
Some would say that the base rule is "Do what thou wilt, an ye harm none." I think it's a good place to start with. :)
The more appropriate question is... what do *you* believe?

What books have you read so far? There's a lot out there.... and to make a recomendation, I'd have to know more of where you're starting from.
Web sites... this is the only one that I'd recomend. Most web sites are full of..... and it takes experience to be able to tell the difference. Here, if someone passes out misinformation, someone calls them on it!!!!
you'll be fine...
Why don't you start with a history of where you're comming from.. what you believe, what books you've read... etc...

Yeah, what she said... We're all responsible for our own path, and that's the good thing about it! Can be difficult too, of course, but heck, if you want it easy, go to one of the established "hierarchy" religions... ouch, now that wasn't pc at all, Stella... bad hag, bad... *slaps self*

I feel that there is alot more than the rede in Wicca. It seems pretty stardard to worship the lord and lady and celebrate the wheel of the year, as well as other things. There are guidlines and such. It's been so long since I've read anything Wiccan based, but I'm sure if you look around this site you should be able to find some info. Also each Trad. does have there guidlines as well. Witchvox.com is a good site. http://www.witchvox.com/xtrads.html This is to their traditions page.

I feel there is a lot more then Wicca...so maybe you should look at other avenues as well..Traditional witch...just a witch...Animism...etc...Wicca is just one brancc.
Not saying wicca is bad just that there is more then that.

type gardnerian+wicca into any search engine you want if you're looking for wicca with structure.

i think that if you want to know what 'rules' wiccans follow then you should do some research on established traditions of wicca eg gardnerian wicca, alexandrian wicca etc. these traditions have rules and practices that are fairly structured, i believe. finding information about these should give you a basic idea of what some traditional wiccans believe. traditional wicca is a good place to start and then you could talk to some electics and see how their beliefs vary.
of course researching other pagan paths is always worth doing, at the very least it is interesting.
blessed be
