Well, it could be a number of different things...
First, how often is their litter changed? If it's not changed frequently enough, they may be disgusted by it and be making a little "statement" by targeting your bed. I knew a cat that would look me right in the eye and pee next to the box if it didn't meet his standards. Once a day is usually pretty good.
Another thought... is there only one box? It's really a good idea to have a box for each cat if possible, maybe even in separate locations -- there could be a "territory" issue going on.
Also, you may want to talk to your vet. Sometimes cats go in inappropriate places when they're sick.
Just some ideas. I hope it works out okay.

ohoh...another litter bed trauma. Everything MzNeko says and a couple of suggestions of my own..
Is it possible to let each cat have it's own box? In otherwords, do get a second litter box. Where are the litter boxes kept? Some cats have issues with having their box too close to their food dishes, or in too public of an area. Have there been any big changes lately--a new roommate, a major change in your own schedule? Cats are really creatures of habit--they expect you home at a certain time and can get quite miffed if you aren't where you're supposed to be. I have been working nights most of the summer, and the week I had to go back to working days my evil little monsters tried to destroy the house (again!)..Have you changed brands of litter recently? Again, cats are creatures of habit. If they don't like the texture or smell of the new cat litter, they aren't going to use their boxes. The fact that they have chosen your bed says they are taking something very personally. Cats can be very jealous of their territory, and You ARE their territory. Could it be time for the feline equivalent of a dozen roses and a box of Godiva chocolates maybe.
Just a stray thought here..have you changed your detergent or fabric softner recently? There may something about the fragrance that is triggering the behavior. Don't laugh. Some scents actually can trigger marking behavior in cats.

Everything in the two posts above:thumbsup:
You may need to clean the boxes more than once a day. We have to around here twice, sometimes three times a day...or else even we get bombed with 'presents'!
I have one cat that was 'doing his business in the tub, so we put a litter box in the tub. I have another the doesn't like the feel of litter at all, but will use an empty litter pan.
It all depends on how far you are willing to go in your home and comfort for the care of your pets.
And if they still end up being to much of a hassle for you, please take them to shelter or foster care facility.
.........like zakzekezedd said, it could be your laundy soap doing it too. I have one that is just crazy about All Citrus Breeze fabric softner:lol:
