which part of it do you use to make tea? flower, stem, stalk, leaves, etc???

I usually cut off the flowers. Once they are dry, you can brew them as a tea for a delicious apple flavored treat. I sometimes sprinkle a tiny bit of ginger in my chammomile tea for a bit of a kick. I have some growing outside in my garden that actually came back from last year!

Even if the flower's petals are gone and it's just a little yellow stump at the top, I still cut it off and use it for tea. I never tried the stems or leaves.

it grows wild all over the place here so it "coming back" next year in my garden won't surprise me at all ;)
