hi,
im just really happy now and wanted to share. i sold my first painting today. i have a friend who owns her own store. its really awsome and has a collection of everything. its got homemade corsetts, all the esential oils and herbs you could ever need, and lots of nifty things. she has always admired my artwork, and has been trying to get me to sell some of it in her store. i always thought that i was ok, but i guess its the curse of the artist that you never think your anything special. well anywho, i gave her some sketches and a canvas painting, and she sold it for 175 dollers. i know its not much, but still, someone liked my work enough to spend 175 on it. so :woot:
