OK, My friend at work and her husband really want to have a baby. They've been trying forabout a year, and due to seizures she's had in the past, she's now taking medicine to control some health problems. They're only 20, but she has to now take those hormone pills to stimulate egg ripening. Her physical ailments are slowly deterieriating her ovaries, and it's likely that they will shut down completely in a few years.

She is a very nice, hardworking woman that I know will make a wonderful mother. Every month that they get a negative test, it rips her and her husband apart.

I told her about mysticwicks, and she asked me if I would post this for her; if anyone could spare some energy for her, I'm sure that it will help so much- and I'll be sure to post more if they are able to conceive! Thank- you guys!

we had a family friend in the same situation. They even tried artificial insemination, but then she miscarried. Anyways, They now have a beautiful baby girl who is a little over a year. A young girl they knew became pregnant and decided right away that this family needed the baby more than her. Anyways, hopefully your friends will be able to have a child, or that somebody will come along with a child for them.

are they sure it would be healthy for the mother and the baby-to-be for her to be pregnant? i wouldn't want to be sending energy that would harm more then help. they should be thinking about adoption, if that is the case.

She's seeing a specialist, and he's put her on the pregnancy hormone medication, fully aware of her situation- I asked her the same thing, and she said that it should be fine, but the longer it takes, the greater the chance that her ovaries will shut down and she won't be able to have a biological baby.

They are keeping adoption in mind, but they hope to be able to have a biological baby.
