Hey,

GaiaDea is in the hospital again, this time for a ruptured appendix. She is doing well, but I figured y'all would want to know.

Sometimes, when it rains, it pours, huh? When I got to the hospital, my appy had been ruptured (exploded) for 4 or 5 days, but the doc on call is the best in the city for appys, so I got great surgical care. The operation was only an hour long, and he basically unstuffed me, and washed everything out, and put it all back, minus the appy. He said that it was only the appendix that was bad, and he didn't have to take any intestine. I did get yelled at for the skin healing shut in 48hrs, so all the energy sent DID help lots! He had to remove staples and let the incision reopen for drainage, but all is healing well. I am getting up and around more as all the muscles heal, so hopefully I will be on more often now.

I sure have collected a lot of scars these last three months! LOL
I guess I am being told not to be so hard-headed!
