Energy Play

Does anyone ever have fun just kind of controlling their own energy? Like making shapes and playing little games with energy made objects?

I haven't done this, but I have read that you can create energy by rubbing your hands together and when you feel the tingles of the energy, "shape" it into a ball. Is this what you mean? I am curious what other ways you might do it.

I dunno, I just kind of think of it flowing into my palm, and when I feel a little tingle and some weight, I start shaping it.

My energy makes it feel as if I have repeling maganets on them.I haven't been able to shape it yet but I am working on it.

I make balls...but I don't do "shapes"....It takes alot of focus for me to maintain them....so I usually just create them and send them where I need them to go.

I used to do the whole rubbing hands together to create energy. It was the first, basic form of magick that I ever used. I would make energy balls and shape them, and colour them, and send them places to feel the tingle, or if I was hurt, I'd use the energy to make me feel better. ^.~ Like a band-aid-- just the idea helps. XD I was young and impressionable.
