Anyone know this place ?

I heard once there is a town across the border from Niagara Falls Canada. The town has many Tarot Card readers and I guess stores to this effect. On Halloweeen the whole town is decorated.

I'm not sure of the name but I think it was something like
Fardella or Feloreon ???

Has anyone any idea where I'm talking about. I think it would take 1-2 hours from the border at Niagara Falls USA.

The only town I can think of with a name like that in that area is Fredonia. But I know nothing of the decoration thing or tarot readers. Please let me know if this is the place and if this is true.

Lilydale would fit the description; it is a large Spiritualist community a bit south of Buffalo, NY in Chatauqua county. There are many mediums, psychics and card readers there, and they also have conventions and workshops on spiritual and religious topics. It is somewhat near Fredonia, NY, but it is a quite separate town. I've never been there myself, although I plan to go soon. I can't vouch for the Halloween decorations, but it certainly doesn't seem unlikely.

I probably won't get there til next spring at least. It's getting a little unwieldy to haul myself around these days. I'd love to go for Halloween, but the little missy is due early November so I'll probably be ready to fall over. *chuckle* I will post about it if I go though! I would probably put something in the Events forum to see if I could get others to go with me.
