I'm looking for ideas/suggestions for making a good luck charm. I want to make one for my boyfriend who has had a cloud of bad luck lately
Blessings

How 'bout a simple bracelet or anklet? Grab some thread/string/whatever of different colors that symbolize happiness and luck to you and braid 'em together?
That's always worked for me, since it's kind of a constant reminder-- every time you look down at your wrist, you remember you're sposed to be happy. :D:D

Any charm can be consecrated for good luck - a stone, a piece of jewelry, or even a friendship necklace.

You can find neat little beads & trinkets at Dollar stores & bead shops. They usually have all sorts of shapes of things that can be used as good luck charms. You can weave these into your bracelet. The ones I love using are Zumi bears (I think that's what they're called). They're little bear shapes, cut of out different types of rocks with a hole pierced through them.

You could find a four-leafed clover and press it and then put clear laminating contact paper stuff on either side of it to make it into a card or something that can be kept in a pocket or a wallet or purse. Or if you're lucky after that maybe you can find one of those clear plastic keychains that you slide a picture into and you can slide the clover-card into it.
Me, I just have a bunch of pressed four-leafed clovers stuck in one of the clear picture holder segments of my wallet. :) I never take them out, so they're safe.

Seek out 'Practical Rune Magic I' in this forum. Can be used on a candle, or carved to be worn or carried, or even drawn to be carried.
