I would just like a recap of this class, what we learned. What we did. Anything at all.. and please tell me if it had any lasting value. I can see we have gone down from many students...oh well. So, please let me know in this thread.

I also have to think on this one, but on a spur of the moment, I know I did indeed walk away with a lot. I've finally gotten myself on a good track to where I feel I'm supposed to be. I attribute this to a lot of the exercises we did here. They really helped (even the creepy mirror one! ;) )

This class had a lot of lasting value to me. It gave me a new set of "e-freinds" (which for me are the same as "real life friends"), it helped me to re-evaluate where I am on my Path (and get back to doing some things I was getting sloppy about), and it helped me to crystalize some of my beliefs so I could explain them in an understandable way (and hopefully concise way) here.
Thank you for offering this class. You were not a bad teacher.

I found it had a lot of value--prinicipally in learning about visualization skills, not so much about visualization itself, but how it applies within the mind, and relating to interesting psychological concepts like id and ego, and, yes, collective memory! It was also an intriguing reevalution of the internal concepts of self, and the path we're on.

The mirror lesson had the biggest impact as in opened a string of new doors for me to venture through....its changed everything as it created a whole new world to explore!!!
For that I will be forever greatful. ~hugs~

I was lying in bed last night and this morning trying to visualize the backdrop.
I did but not completely. I was trying to Go to sleep and to stop hurting from where I fell yesterday.
For the most part I did ok as long as I tried although my mind would wander. I would drift off to sleep. But I finally had to get up and take along soaking shower to ease the aches.
But if I could settle myself down enough, I believe in what we learned here. The fact that I have problems is my own fault. But that disorganization, multi focused problem I have is what I went to a therapist for a while back till the money ran out.
I shall continue to try. Don't really want to quit.

in pondering the last few months here. and the weeks spent with this class. i have come to many a realization. if anything a commonality of terminology and jargon is important for clear communication. i work quite a bit on self knowledge and past memory. thus a lot of my views where not understood. thats ok. its progressively getting better as i plug in more and others plug into me. the way i am wired offers very little relief for teachers. i do enjoy the discussions and lessons. bringing back and revealing things i had but wasnt conscous of. there are a lot of things i do i dont have a clue how they are done. peering behind a door cracked and slowly opening. that which i am and need to be. i hope this offers some solace.

I too agree with the mirror exercise, that it had a lasting effect. I think that this class did really teach me a lot about myself, and about some things I have to re-evaluate. It was a real eye-opener for me, I realy got to see all of the aspects of myself, not only the ones I like.. And of course, I have taking a bigger dive into what i'm really studying, what it is that im DOING, and what actual "path" i'm on. Thanks Nighthawk
