What did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a Paleontologist. Then I could dig up and find all those cool dinosaur bones. Either that or an art teacher - Neithert happened. Instead I'm digging up fossilized plant matter... doesn't sound to interesting, but really, it is... if you're strange like me... :lol:

As long as I can remember, I've wanted to be either a doctor or an artist. It could've gone either way right up till high school when I realized I wasn't preppy and stuck up and rich enough to make it in med school. Plus I really love having people OOooh and AAaah over my work, so now I'm going to school to be an interior designer!

My life's dream, from as long as I can remember, was to be a veterinarian.

Lessee, that was the year Reagan was shot, and my mom had my little brother...they skipped me over from 2d to 3d (I was in a combination class, so it wasn't such a chore, lol). I think I wanted to be an actress...wanted to be one of those all throughout childhood, so I that's probably a goodish guess. Course I was in school plays all throughout elementary school, so that could be why...

In grade 2... hmm... I can't remember much. I think I might have wanted to be a teacher or an artist. I honestly can not remember though. I think that was the year I hit my head many times... :(

oooh, what a fun thread. well a paleantologist,a cryptozoologist or a vet. Then I realized that being a vet would require me to look at blood. So I decided to make movies, and now I'm an animation major who wants to also get degrees in fashion, linguistics, and maybe massage therapy, and yes I know all those things have nothing to do with each other. My ologist dreams died when I realized that I just didn't have the attention span for digging up things or studying things that werent there.

Ya know, I don't think there was ever one specific thing that I wanted to be when I was little like that. Maybe a nurse or a ballerina. I know I always wanted to be a mommy and I did just that!
