Things to consider when deciding what to use. What areas of your life would an imbalance in this chakra affect. Get things for the alter that mean something to you, and relate to the areas that are affected.

I'm not sure what you are refering to here, but I will make an assumption, and you can correct me if I answer the wrong question.

This Chakra requires you to be able to speak from the truth that is your spirituality. That does not mean that you run around shoving your beliefs down peoples throats, but that when you speak about your truths, it is with honesty and integrity. It also requires you do mean what you say. If you say you are going to do something, do it. If you aren't sure you will do it, don't say you will. Speaking the truth is important, as long as it isn't used in a vicious way. The way to discover these things in yourself is through meditation, and balancing the chakra through the exercises that will be posted. I have them ready to post if you wish it. Using the affirmations at the end of the correspondences here will help.

The other thing that is integral to this chakra is listening. Get past the words spoken, and see the emotion behind them. What is this person really trying to convey. The words mean so much more that the dictionary definitions of them. When people rant at you, or say something you think is particularly hurtful, ask them for clarification. Often the way you took something is not in the least how they meant it. One phrase that I use often is "I have taken your words to mean (and here is where I play back how the words made me feel). Is that what you meant to say and convey?" You'd be surprised at what the result of those few words can be. Don't fear to say them. You have a right to clarify what that person meant by what they said. If they meant to offend you, then you can just walk away and know that you need not deal with that individual on any level save those that are required by work, or school. You need not include them in your personal life. Hummmmmmmm well I'm gushing, my throat tends to be over active. Need to go balance it. If you have other questions or want to clarify the one you asked please do so.

I'm not gonna kid you with the statement that I never lose my cool, but I do have and use the tools to help bring myself back into control quickly. I am at all time responsible, response--able, for my actions and reactions. Meditation, exercises and affirmations on this and my other lower chakras has made a difference.
