I know that getting off some of the medication I am currently on would be the solution, but it's not feaseable right now. I've also gone the whole Ginko Biloba route... what can I do magically? Any advice is welcome. This problem is really affecting my life. :(

Lilith,

Focus your efforts on how you remember and learn (auditory, visual, etc.) and enhance the signals you pick up when you receive information. The trick with memory is always how you gain the information in the first place.

Good luck,

I have a potion recipe which I use around exam time to improve my memory, but I'm sure if you used it every day it would affect long term as well as short.

You will need a pinch of sage and a little rosemary. Grind the herbs up and add them to a cup of boiling water, allow to cool and then charge the drink by making a pentagram above it and visualising energy streaming into it. Then drink it, visualising yourself with an improved memory.

Hope it helps!

A little clarification... what do you mean exactly when you said "charge the drink by making a pentagram above it"? I will let you know how it turns out. BTW... what is the best "memory stone and/or color?

Exactly what it says on the tin, honey. I assume you know what a pentagram is (there's one in your sig ;)). I want you to make that sign in the air above the drink with the index finger of the hand you use to write and as I said, visualise energy streaming into the drink. :)

I know that Sodalite is good for memory, and there's another stone which, ironically, I can't remember the name of...
