Hmmm....that is tough! I love Mexican and Italian food.....but for something specific, I would have to say that right now it is Lay's dill pickle flavored potato chips...YUM!

I have a few.
First off, it's a rare steak - cooked like a real rare steak, not just hardly cooked.
Equally my favourites are:
Katsudon (battered meat over a bed of rice and onions with an egg cracked on top to steam to tastiness)
Yakisoba (yaki..soba. it's not that hard ;))
Miso soup
Any form of unagi..especially unagi don and unagi sushi.

Okay, favorite cuisines are Mediterranean and Middle Eastern.
Favorite actual foods? There's too many to list but it would have to be a NY strip steak broiled to medium; sushi (and none of that California roll crap, that's NOT sushi); and oysters & clams on the halfshell.

My dad's favorite dessert is pineapple upside cake. In fact, it's a family favorite because it's the one that is most fought over when we have cake walks to pay for our annual family reunions. When I was a kid, one of my favorite meals involved meatloaf. I loved the sauce my mom made to put on top of it. Still do, I just don't make it very often. Mashed potatoes and gravy is one of my favorite comfort foods even now... I've been known to eat only mashed potatoes for an entire week because it was all I wanted. And I love Brussel sprouts. Yummy! Just because that particular meal isn't my favorite doesn't make you weird.

Mmm cheesy chips, although I prefer chips 'n' gravy.

Absolute fave has got to be sweet and sour chicken with fluffy white rice.

If you really like meatloaf, especially a good sauce, look around and see if you can find the Hamburger Helper meatloaf. It is surprisingly really good, and the tomato sauce topping is sooo yummy!
