Uuuggghhh!!!

I'm at work right now and just had one of my customers call me and try to strong arm me into doing what she wants us to do, telling me she "didn't care" how inconvenienced we are. I normally would give in but we make less then no money off this sticking company and I have the urge to tell her where to go and what to go with her threats!!!!!!

Ugh, just needed to vent...Please send me some strength! If I have to conceide to her I'll lose it!!
