I have a calming chant that I like, don't remember where it's from though.

water flows
fire burns
wind blows
earth turns

Two of my favorites.

Earth my body, water my blood
Air my breath and fire my spirit.

The Moon is high at the witching hour,
Children come to this place of power;
Our hands are raised to four directions,
Spirit force is born again.

How about--
I am will, I am power, my resolve is true.
What I intend, this shall I do.
I use this to build and focus energy in spell and ritual work......

A very simple one I've been using to help speed work along. I don't really pay attention to the words, more to the energized feeling I get from my focus. The intent came first, the words were just a sing-song way to keep the focus.

time fly
til work's gone by.
