My baby will be 8 months old on Halloween and I want to dress him as something really cute but different. Any ideas?

A penguin! Ok ok ok, so it's not the best idea. Ummm...I dunno? Have you gone to a fabric store and thumbed through the patterns? Sometimes they have the cutest ideas there...

Do you have a nickname for him? My neice's nickname from her parents is sweet pea, shortened down to pea....and they dressed her as a little pea last halloween, kind of an inside joke....and incredibly cute!:D

My son was 2 months last Halloween and we dressed him as a duck.
This year we can't decide what to dress him like. We live close to Disney, so most likely a Disney character.
What about a bear or a monkey?

I chickened out and bought one of those "Sweat Suit" costumes at Toys R Us. We went with the Green dragon one with cute dragon features on his hood. His first halloween we went with pumpkin, as we had handmedowns from my mother in law. I haven't even thought about this year.... I think we might use the dragon one again, because it still fits, and he realy likes it. He has been known to just go get it and put it on...... LOL

My roommate made his former girlfriend's (a vampire) daughter a cutesy black bunting suit with a hood with little batwings on the hood...cute,spooky, AND warm. Wish I had a pic to share :bigredblu
