Hi!
Well my understanding is as follows...
PAGAN - represents any earth-based path. It's not necessary a religion as it is a title for a way of life. Sort of like how the word "Christian" is a title for the way of life where one follows the teachings of Christ.
WICCA - is a religion which is earth-loving and so on, which by definition falls into the pagan way of life. Just like there are 100s of "denominations" of Christianity (methodist, catholic, baptist, lutheran, protestant etc) Wicca is like a "denomination" of Paganism, in that it follows an earth-based, nature-loving way of life.
There's probably more I can say, but I am trying to be as simple as possible so it's easy to understand. Hope it makes sense!

I agree with Lilu.
The topic's been covered a few times here too, if you wanna search to find it. I'd put my opinion here too but it's already be said and I've already argued it a few times ;)
