Well, the first thing that jumps out at me is Uranus on the Ascendant - you come over as very Uranian. What's Uranian? Well, Uranians are quirky, independent, unconventional, deeply caring about humanity in general but may be a bit aloof on a one to one basis. You've also got a very watery chart - Cancer Sun and Scorpio Ascendant; both these signs want security - the Cancer is liable to run into her shell if threatened, and the Scorpio will sit and suffer in silence when hurt and not lash out - at least, not *right* away (especially with Chiron on the Descendant). That Scorpio Ascendant is probably very interested in the occult as well. The Neptune/Moon opposition can give you highly insightful dreams and a strong imagination - and a rich fantasy world too, although with the square between these two and Mars you may have difficulty in grounding your wilder flights of fantasy.

The Saturn/Venus conjunction may serve you well shortly (when you're in your 30s), but at the moment it probably just feels restricting - that perhaps you feel neglected when everyone else is out there having fun. Don't worry - your rewards will come!

Despite the sense of restriction that Saturn/Venus brings, your Jupiter/Sun conjunction means that you are basically smiled upon by the goddesses and gods - especially with Jupiter in Cancer, where he's exalted. The trine to Uranus will help your esoteric pursuits - whether that's an interest in astrology, tarot or anything else in that arena.
