Inspired by Loki's great thread about happiness in her life I made this thread to give hope to everybody and let us realize how happy we can be!

Sunday 19(not sure about the date)/09/2004

It's only 1:15 pm so these happened to me,I'll add more afterwards:
-My little kitten Myserio,woke me up with a kiss!Oh how I love him,I bought him just 3 days ago.
-I saw "The 102 dalmatians" and I couldn't help sighing seeing Ioan Gruffud!*sighs*

I might be more happy in the afternoon coz I'll meet a friend I haven't seen for 2 weeks!

Why yes some good things did happen.

1) I woke up.
2) I was able to walk down stairs
3) I made wonderful coffee
4) My husband gave me a kiss and pat on the rump
5) My kitty came over for a rub on the head, and to wrap around my legs.

And that was just the first 15 minutes of my morning. I can't even imagine the joy the rest of the day will bring. heheheh :steppy:

well.. it's 8:10 am here... and so far i've done only a few things....
the dog woke me up cuz he had to poop, which is GOOD. i just got him and i worry about him not letting me know.

so i took him out, he pooped

i gave him a treat and a roll around the livingroom floor for doing a good job

fed the dog and cat

made some hot chocolate (it's FREEZING)

and got on here

... as usual. lol.

Well, it's only 7:42, but yesterday was nice. Got to work, so that's some extra money coming in this month that I can save up for my move to NY. Idiots in the apartment below kept me up almost all night, so I still haven't had a full night's sleep in over a month, and it's cloudy and cold today. At least I'm working again so I can make more toward the move.

1) Today I got the closest I've ever physically been to Madonna.
2) Bought myself a hot black gothic tank top that looks like a corsette (but it wasnt my money it was my mom's money - so YAY!).
3) Bought myself a really adorable statue of a really nifty Fairy for my Altar.
4) Bought stuff for the Halloween Box Swap.
5) Bought my friends lots of chocolates & little silly things because I'm making some of them Care~Packages.
6) Took a NICE LONG NAP.

Today I played my second concert for this season. Went well!

I woke up in a bed, with a roof over my head, and 4 walls. I have a computer, with electricity to run it, and communications to connect me to the internet. I had a shower in clean, running water. I had a plentiful supply of food for breakfast. I ate my food in peace, without the worry of being shot if I stayed in one place too long. I had the opportunity to work on the lawn, spending my day in peace and comfort. I went to my bible-study, where I was able to enjoy good company, friendship, and study my religion without fear, without the threat of being killed for what I believe.

What could possibly be better than that?

Woke to my child cleaning her room (without being told)
cooked breakfast with her

Update of day

1) Worked on the herb garden for the Historical Society today.
2) Have at least 5 poundes of laveder stuff. Need to do something with that.

I also woke with a roof over my head,it may not be much but it is more than some people have.
I had lots of kisses and cuddles from my children.
I was able to control my eating for another day.
I felt good about myself.
I spend time with my crystals..which really perked me up :)

i also figured out i am on my period.
and my father called and said that i'm going to have a huge punishment... and that he said, and i quote, 'she ****ing thinks her life is miserable now, just wait. we'll make it far worse.' and that was because he yelled at me on the telephone yesterday so much that i cried. then i said i didn't want to talk anymore, and he said what do you want to talk about? and i said nothing... bye. and hung up.

We celebrated my daughter's 8th birthday with the family (birthday isn't 'til Weds. but we got together today) :yayhawaii

2. I had a beautiful, beautiful day for the drive back to campus.
3. I got to share some of my beloved music with my friend that I was driving back with.
4. I got back to my dorm, and my fish was happy to see me.
5. And best of all...when I signed online, my beloved Gnomey was waiting for me. That right there was the highlight of the day. It can only get better. :)

bad thing - 2nd night in a row for no sleep.
But the good thing about it ... I got my office cleaned and re-arranged, some long over due letters written, lots more quality time for MW, and have seen 2 incredible sunrises two mornings in a row!!!

After a week of almost too much sunshine ... it's throw'n down outside and you can almost see the grass, flowers, and trees dancing in the big beautiful drops!!
here's me thinking I'm away to join them!!!

As for today:
-My grams died(well this was yesterday but still).I don't find it really sad and before I get yelled let me explain:She was really old,she had a thing with her heart and lungs and she used to say that it was her time to go and find her husband along with peace.So I think she was happy to go!
-Anyway school turned out really well!I managed to talk a bit(for useless things) with my ex-best friend.The day passed quickly....
-...and I am here talking to all of you and having my kitten sleeping on my lap!
-Oh and I am really excited because I traded some books with Vivienne!

I took my sons (six years and six month) for a long walk.We went to look at an old oak tree that´s hundereds of years old, we went to a stream and feed ducks.We had a wonderful time and my six month old son just keept laughing when he looked at the ducks, :nonono: it was really fun.
