My mother's having a hard time!!

My mother is having a hard time with her life and she needs some guidance she has a son about 1 and a half years old and her husband...my step father ...... is getting angry at her more often he makes her cry she deserves better!! um... could you guys help her out give her the energy needed to live everyday life to be resilient on her guide to the tiniest amount of hope that will take her out of the depression she has now!!
