I can't really think of any "specific rituals" but you both could design your own personal ritual with both of your intents reflected in it.... you could do it on a new moon promoting growth and healing and bringing you tward a closer relationship....
just a idea...

Not making the blind assumption that you're Wiccan, but AJ Drew wrote a book titled Wicca for Couples that I found both interesting and helpful to practice with my finace. when in doubt, it can at least give some ideas to piggy-back.

Look into some hindu and buddhist areas... tantra. As this is a pg forum I cant be to specific but thats an area of possibility depending on your relationship.
And of course wicca has many rituals using a highpriest and high priestess... so each of you take the obvious spot and work that way? Pray and meditate together.... perhaps even softly outloud... use each other as "reverberators" to think with and concentrate your energies.

Curezone. com has a section on Tantra. Search the Internet on Tanta or Tantric Yoga. There are some videos I have seen for sale. I have a nice book on Tantric yoga. Basically limit movement and keep breathing shallow, to delay climax for 23 minutes, then become engulfed with a high energy.

All the above answers are great... there are some god/goddess assumption ones that my husband found that are interesting.. But overall, I like the one I made up for us best, because that way, you can incorporate words and actions that relate only to the two of you. We were handfasted about 7 years ago, a year before we got married...that was beautiful. You can make your own ritual or ceremony, it doesn't have to be formal, or it can be... :) all about what you want.

Currently, in my marriage, I am asking the spirits for:

1. Incresed consideration from W.
2. Increased sensitivity to W, to be able to give more love.
3. Increased coorindation and agreement on spding of money on extras.
4. Increased effort/time/results on my part to get stored books and papsers in better order, and cull out items not needed for the future.
5. Setting up better sorting stations where stored items can be re-0reviewed for culling and re-sorting.
6. Finding more ways to appreciate more aspects of W, and deonstrate taht appreciation.
