My very serious boyfriend left for the military and its tearing me apart. Help would be appriciated. We had to break up. All I do now is cry. He's the only one I really had. I am so lost without him.

I can relate to a small degree. I understand the Millitary part cause I've been in the Army. As painful as it might be you should try to thank him from sparing you even more hardship if you hadn't broken up. I'll send what energy I can though mending a broken heart is a lot harder then a lot people may think!
