My favourite fantasy name is Killashandra :)

It seems like you like short, feminine sounding names. Clara, Anna, Thea?

If you want something earthy, what about gem names? Amethyst, Ruby, Topaz?

Or perhaps one of the Earth names:
Old High German: Erda
Latin: Terra
Norwegian: Jorda (Yoor-da)
Icelandic: Jord (Yoo-rd, with the d almost not voiced)
Aramaic: Ereds
Hebrew: Eretz
Greek: Era
And of course Gaia (which goes well with Mia)

I never got to have a little girl, but I had alot of girl names picked out: Rylee, Layni, ...I used to like Skye, but it's not as unusual anymore..."Ciel" means sky in French (pronounced "See-el")..I don't know a lot of D girl names, I looked on a French girl name website, and it listed "Drew" as one for either/or...I like the name "Dani", if Danielle is too long...does it have to be a "D" name, or would a name with a "d" sound in it somewhere also go with your last name? My husband's cousin named her little girl Sydnee, and I kinda liked that. Daphne might be cool, especially if you're a Scooby-Doo fan...:hehehehe: I can't decide if I like Dharma or not, but I thought the chick on "Dharma and Greg" was the coolest.

Because of the music connection, my husband and I chose "Lyric" for our baby before we found out he was a boy, and it just seemed to fit him, even though at first it seemed a little strange, and now he just looks like "Lyric".

I know there are other good ones which I cannot think of right now, It would be cool to name a kid with a name which is not common, b/c there are so many ppl with common English names.
