This is a lovely chart with some difficult aspects. You have an "exalted" Moon in Taurus, and a lovely Jupiter/Neptune conjunction (a bit of a mixed blessing, but a blessing nevertheless).

So what's Neptune and Jupiter about? Well, Jupiter is big and magnificent and generous, and Neptune is mystical and dreamy and intuitive. This is the combination of big dreams. The problem is, Jupiter/Neptune can also be the combination of great deceit - fooling yourself and not always being able to know when people are pulling the wool over your eyes. The Neptune makes a highly creative aspect (called a quintile) to your Sun and your Node - you are naturally creative and empathic. However, you don't always believe this - nasty old Saturn sitting opposite your creative Jupiter/Neptune combination likes to put a damper on things, and my! all that stuff in Virgo can make you highly self-critical. Virgo is highly analytical and discriminates - Neptune sees the bigger picture, and really can't be doing with details. So you have a tendency to undermine your own dreams.

Now there is a way out - Saturn may be squaring all your stuff in Virgo and opposing that lovely Jupiter/Neptune combo - but he's also part of a Grand Trine consisting of Saturn, Mars and Uranus. These are three heavyweight planets, and once you start using them - well, there ain't no one gonna mess with you, girl! You tell those carping Virgo planets to stick it where the sun don't shine and go out there and put those dreams into action, and see the bigger picture - you will make a success of it.
