It is raining, cloudy and Jeanne is running through here. Can I still charge my items even though I can't see the Full Moon?

I wouldn't see why not. Astrologically, the moon's energy is only blocked during a void of course. Clouds shouldn't make much of a difference.

I was wondering the very same thing! It has been raining here in Michigan all day.

Thanks so much!!! I really want to work with my scrying mirror this weekend and was afraid I'd have to wait till next month.

Against the popular opinion, I would wait. Not because of the clouds, but because of the storm. We're not talking about rain here. It's a powerful and destructive hurricane. That's some serious energy out there and not necessarily the good kind. But I believe these things are very personal, so if you're comfortable with it and it works for you, go for it.

Thanks Pandoras. It's funny, when I went out on the porch last night, I felt a lot of anger and mischief so I brought my mirror back in and will cleanse it and charge it another time. Something was just not right with that storm. Normally I like to work while there is a storm or it's raining but last night was different.
Thanks everyone for the suggestions!
