Anyone ever make Hummas?
Its soo good! I had a bean hummas with lemon and herbs.. had rice crackers to dip with mmmmmm * drool *

I've never made it but yae it's pretty good the kind I had made my mouth soooooo dry though...

Hummus is outstanding! I love it. Try it on pita bread, especially toasted pita.
There's this Lebanese restaraunt in Boulder that makes hummus and falafel that's just to die for... Mmmmmm...

I've been making my own, as one of my latest cooking experiments. (I like doing that because I like using more tahini than the store-bought brands use.)

I love hummus too - my favourite sanwich is toasted (thick slice of course!) wholemeal bread - a VERY generous spreading of hummus - some fresh ground pepper and then some fresh basil leaves - if there happens to be a cold beer or a nice glass of red wine to wash it down then even better!
guacamole - I like it very fresh tasting - I use avocado, coriander, a little creme fraiche, mints and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
(thank goodness its only a few minutes to lunch - IM STARVING after all this talk about food!)

:smileroll Im going to shopping to buy some items to make some. ANYONE recommen any herbs or new things I should try mixing into the hummus? :p
