So I've written a few personal rituals but I've never really written any type of magickal working other than rituals. So I just wanted to see what everyone else thought about this. It's a lucky bag to carry with you to help improve you luck in many different areas. I wrote it to help the whole family's luck actually. (I swear I think we've been cursed at some point with the luck we have). It is a personal spell and can be change for the individual. I've been mainly doing studying for the past few years making sure I had addequate knowledge to perform anything magickal. I also tried to use things that were readily available around the house. It's a rough copy so excuse typos and whatnot. So any comments or pointers would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
Lucky Bag Spell
Moon Phase: Full
Materials needed: Small drawstring bag, white candle, black candle, allspice,clover, pine, Rose, Baking soda, sage, dried chives, chalice or small bowl
Cleanse working space, and meditate until your in a relaxed mindframe. Place your candles on each side of your working space. Then recite the following:
I call now upon my ancestors. I ask for your guidance in this working of old ways. I ask for wisdom where I have none. May luck be sent my way to improve family situation for this generation and ones to come. I call upon the mothers of my people. Andarta, I ask for fertility and prosperity, may the family grow and prosper. Andraste patroness of the Iceni give us strength in the face of adversity. Brighid mother of Ireland let your flame and memory never die within these Irish hearts . Morrigan lead us into rightousness. Give us the ability to wisely choose our battles. I ask now oh ancient mothers that you bless us with your love.
(Repeat as many times felt necessary)
Now light both candles (if you've done this already that's fine)
Place herbs into Chalice one at a time.
Then recite this as your place each herb into the chalice
By the wisdom of the old ones and in their honor I call upon the powers of ALLSPICE- I ask for luck and financial improvement.
By the wisdom of the old ones and in their honor I call upon the powers of CLOVER- I ask for protection and the wisdom of the three
By the wisdom of the old ones and in their honor I call upon the powers of PINE-I ask for quick healing from injuries and illness
By the wisdom of the old ones and in their honor I call upon the powers of ROSE- I ask for help strenghtening of my phsycic abilites.
By the wisdom of the old ones and in their honor I call upon the powers of SODA- I ask for my energy and luck to rise.
By the wisdom of the old ones and in their honor I call upon the powers of SAGE- I ask for protection and wisom where I have none.
By the wisdom of the old ones and in their honor I cal upon the powers of Chive- I ask for help breaking the bad habits of insert personal bad habits
Place hands over chalice and envision you and your family's luck improving. Imagine the chalice filling up with white light that saturates the herbs then chant:
By the powers of fire I charge these herbs that they may lend me their protective powers, may it spill over into those I love.
By the powers of water I charge these herbs that they may lend me their power of healing may it spill over into the lives of those I love.
By the powers of air I charge these herbs that they may lend me their power of phsycic intuiton may it spill over itno the lives of those I love
By the powers of earth I charge these herbs may they lend me their powers of fertility and financial growth.
Pour herbs into bag and chant:
Ancestors bless this bag and the contents within, may they bring luck to my daily life, may it's effects flow over in abundance to all those whom I love.
Blessed Be.
Carry with you in a place that is best suitable for you. Redo at each full moon to refresh herbs.
