TRF is great. . .but if you are going to buy things there. . .be very careful. . .they always overprice stuff. . .

I was going to merchant there one year and found out that I would have to triple my markup just to break even with the fees they charge. So. . .Buyer Beware!

I'm going the last weekend (November 13th I think), with a HUGE group of kids from my college... we're going to stay in a hotel and get uproariously drunk and everything! I'm quite excited. I've always wanted to go, and never have gotten to before. I'm going as a gypsy, and all the other girls are going as fairies, and some of the guys are even dressing up!

One of my closest friends is working the TRF and having a blast! She said that she has never had so much fun before! I wish I lived down there so I could go see what its all about - you guys will have to see for me lol. Have fun.

I took a peek at the page for becoming a vendor (my dh is a blacksmith & I was thinking it'd be fun to get him in there.) IF you get accepted it's $800 + $150 for electricity. :collapse: WOW....I can just imagine the kind of money these vendors must make!!!:bug:
