Minor Surgery today

Seems I keep having medical issues. Will you please send me some energy to calm my nerves please. I have not had a lot of luck with doctors in my life so they scare me. I have minor surgery today at 2:30 EST. I have some type of lump under my Right eye they are going to cut out. They do not know what it is really, they do have a couple guesses but the Dr said they will do a Biopsy once it is out to find out exactly what it is.

I guess I am just nervous. My stomach has been bothering me since yesterday. I am stressing myself out for nothing I know but I am still freaked out about it. I know I have to go have this cause it keeps getting bigger. Thank you all in advance.

Sorry... I was slammed yesterday as I missed half a day for the surgery. That was the weirdest thing I think I have ever been through. Well weirdest feeling thing. I am not sure i would want to be awake for that again. Maybe if it was not on my face. Umm everything went well they ruined my shirt with my blood. Ohh well it was just a work shirt. I have 5 stitches directly under my right eye now. The ointment I have to keep on it keeps running in my eye and that burns a bit. I will survive. It was just a Sabacious Cyst (SP?) the results of the biopsy have not come back yet. I don't really hurt today like I did yesterday.

I want to thank everyone of you for your energy. I was thinking about it while I was sitting waiting on everything to start. I felt like I was there with my army of friends to combat the fear I had so I was all calm and I did not even freak as I saw the needle comming to stick me. I really am grateful for you all thinking and sharing your energy with me.

I will post an update if there are bad results on the biopsy but the Dr said it looked good and that it probably was nothing. He did tell me my left eye was strong but that I would start having problems with my right eye as I got older more than likely. Only time answers those questions.

I am so blessed to have found this site and so many nice and giving people.

Ohh I am not that strong. I kept my eyes closed. LOL. Just the sounds and the feeling of it being done was the weirdest thing I have felt up to this point in my life.

I have not been able to sleep very well. I have always slept on my tummy. and now that I have five stitches in my face I turn over on them and wake up. then have to fall back asleep and it seems like I get a few mins of sleep then roll over again. So I am exausted. Glad it is Friday. Maybe a full day of sleeping for a few mins all day might help.

Over all though I feel pretty good. It looks as thoguh it is healing pretty quickly so I am happy about that. I guess I can deal with the whole looking like frankenstein thing for a week or so... LOL

Too bad itis not closer to Samhain. I would not need to dress up much. LOL

Ok All kidding aside. Thank you all so much for the energy.

Can you get one of those pillows that looks like a donut or a letter 'c' so you can sleep on your tummy without putting pressure on the stitches?

They say laughter is the best medicine so I know you'll heal quickly. :T

Feeling much better thank you all. The pain has left so I can sleep on the stitches now. (I bandage them at night) so I have had a couple good nights of sleep I am much more alert and stuff. Just wanted to thank each one of you for the energy you sent me.
