well, you come up with something, and then you check to see if the numbers are good. of course, when i came up with my name, i didn't consider numerology, but it helps.

well, i'll see if i can find a good site... numbers have different meanings. basically you assign each letter a number (as abve) and then you add up the number. My spiritual name is ShadowHawk, so it would be 1+8+1+4+6+5+8+1+5+2=41. 4+1=5, so the number is 5.
