 Firstly, Hi ,my name is Lucy and i'm a 15 year old pagan. I got my name from my old horse,Mardi, who died.
I have a problem with spellcasting though, whenever I cast one, they never come true, I try to do them accurately, but no. Nothing changes. How do I make them work?

You have to believe in them. I know mine will work becus I practise goddess magic and therefore my faith in the goddess makes them so. If you catch my drift.
But possibilities for not working. Maybe what your asking for is just not meant to be.
Or you just jumped into magic without understanding it first?

Whether or not you do them accurately isn't the issue--the issue is will power and focus. You must focus strongly on your intention and the desired outcome. You will know if you are focusing as strongly as you can. Also, visualize the desired outcome of your spell. Use your will power. It is within your power to will it to happen. No spell will work without intense focus, will power and belief. Don't worry, you'll get it. Just believe in yourself and be patient.

What kind of spells are you trying to cast? From a religious standpoint, certain spells like 'make him love me' or 'win the lottery' aren't going to work. Where spells like 'keep me safe' or 'help me succeed' will work pretty well. Before you continue, check your motivation for casting spells, and try not to get discouraged. These things take time.

Right on what Joshua said. Also, don't give up just after one failed magic act. Sometimes magic doesn't work. It's experience. After like 20 different spellworkings you shall see that some will have failed, but most of them will succeed after time. Because you start to understand what you are doing and how to improve on your techniques of focussing will and mind.

Excellent point Joshua!

First: are you sure they didn't work? They don't always manifest in the way we expect. Spells are lazy... they work with the flow of things, follow the current. Unless specifically shaped to result in a particular way (one of the reasons specifics can be so important) it will manifest in the way that is easiest. Money spells of the "I need to be able to buy things sort" tend to result in a lot of credit card offers, for example.
This can also explain one reason why some spells don't work. Sometimes they are fighting the current and just can't change enough quickly enough to work. There is a balance between too specific and not specific enough that is found with experience.
Belief and willpower and focus and intent, as already pointed out, are also very important. Those give the spell power and direction (the "specifics".) Without them the spell isn't going to do anything.

Focus and intent are two of the biggest things to keep in mind when doing spells.
Also you have to have the right 'heart' attitude.
