how do you know?

Hey everyone. I have this question. See I live with two mormons, a baptist, and a whatever my sister is these days, so it's really hard to be an open pagan ya know what I mean? Anyways, my question is how do you *know* if your prayer\spell actually happend because of you? See, we've really really really needed rain because its been so dry and I found this prayer to bring the rain and I did it and that night it did rain. The thing is, I'd like to believe its becaused of me but what if its just a coincedence? How do you know? lol

When it comes to big things like that, my opinion is that if you hadn't done the spell it would have rained sooner or later(cuz thats just how nature works hehe) but your input helped it come earlier..like maybe if you didn't do it it would have rained a few days-a week or so later..I don't think theres a way for you to truly KNOW that it was your doing, you just have to believe that you had something to do with it..have faith in not only coincidence, but in yourself and in your magic.
I don't know if this helps any..just one persons opinion..

You have to believe in what you're doing. Already see it coming to pass. The moment you start saying "I don't know if that was me" or "This'll never work but here goes", your magick goes down the astral crapper.

lol, does it matter if it was you or not? you wanted it to rain, and it did, be happy with that! hehe. look, dont worry whether it was you or not. it becomes easier to believe in yourself with more experience, some would say that the more youve gotten it right, the more likely you are to get it right each time.
