LOL. Man, I just can't win. My path has had so many twists and turns. Stregheria..yeah that's it! Darn, no it isn't..it's been Wicca-fied.Then I figured I had to be eclectic, because I saw things differently than most witch trads I researched..but alas, I am not.

Traditional Witchcraft. Read a post about it that peaked my interest..did a little digging around and :O that's it! Everything just *clicked*. Now all I have to do is find a ''coven", mentor, or trad family to help me along my way. Easier said than done! LOL
Everything is Wiccan.
It would be so much easier if I was Wiccan...so many books, sites, groups, covens...tons of info and people. Yet here I sit, un-Wiccafied and frustrated.

How about just being yourself? Study what you want with whom you want and don't tie yourself to a label. :)

agreed, yes the majority of all the books you see out there are Wicca based, but I do see some Druid stuff and if you look in the right places you can find books about Tradition Witchcraft (non-Wicca) as well. But like what was said above, why not just be yourself and follow what is right for you? Why not study and read what you can find, take the pieces you enjoy and work with those and, if you must, fill in the blanks yourself with your own material that you write yourself? As you probably have saw while looking at Wicca books, this religion is very diverse. There are those of us who started with more tradition stuff and perfer that, there are people who are *extremely* ecclectic, and there is everyone inbetween. If us Wiccans can be so diverse, whats stopping you from picking up whats right for you from this or that group and using it for yourself?

I know what you mean. I'm sorry but I sometimes feel "what? Is wicca just trying to be the sole pagan religion?". I mean Wicca is great, if thats your religion I really respect you and think its good you have a set of beliefs. But the downside to Wicca is that other religions and paths get left in the dust due to Wicca's popular demand. I've done the Wiccan thing, its not for me so now its like where can I get my info? I want knowledge but just something not Wiccan. So yes I totally know what you mean. Although I have yet to wish I was Wiccan. I'm happy with my beliefs and if its not the popular one I'm not gonna sweat it although the whole lack of info on things I want to learn sucks but I suck it up an move on. I think if you are really comited to finding info you'll find some gems. You'll just have to search! I know its tideous and sometimes frustrating but if you really want this in the end you'll know it was worth it to search. :hugz: good luck
