Headaches and nasea

Hi guys,
I know there are a lot more serious energy requests out there but I've really been feeling out of it lately. I'm so tired and have been having tension headaches with a slight case of nasea. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about but I could really use a good kick of energy in the booty. I'm going to bed now and hugs and thanks to you all :hugz:

Could these be migraines? You might want to check with your doc...get some Excedrin migraine (that stuff works on me!). :hugz: and some energies for ya!

I have chronic migraines. I take asprin and feverfew with caffene... works better than alone, or almost anything else i've tried. of course... always check with your MD. And water is good. Most people are dehydrated.

it sounds like you are getting headaches from stress, these can bring on nausea, i suggest whatever is troubling you, talk about it and face it, your headaches will ease, try a lavendar bath, that works wondeers for my tension headaches. hope you feel better

Those are exactly the same complaints my daughter has been having, plus dizzyness. Sounds like something is going around.

Thank you everyone so much :hugz: :hugz: :hugz: I took some excedrine (sp?) last night and tossed my cookies this morning after some not so great sleep. It was a horrible night but the good news is is that I'm feeling so much better today. I definitly came down with something. Still tired and belly is a little funky but I'll certainly live. *hugs* to all! thanks for caring.
