Blessed Be!!! I too am aligned to Mother Isis and have I got stories to tell.

One time, I was going to ask her to help me with something. As I was doing some mindless work on the job, I was trying to formulate the request in my mind. Before I really got started, my phone rang. IT WAS THE ANSWER!!

I have also had the great honor of trace channeling her.

Let's keep in touch. We can swap stories.

I have lots of Goddess stories.

it seems like everytime I have worked with Isis, i have cut myself just before, or stubbed my tow and made it bleed, I have even gotten a bloody nose. In other words, every work with Isis seems to have required a blood sacrifice from ME! She doesn't take alot, just a pinprick or bloody nose. Believe me I do not purposely give her these sacrifices, she just takes them. Maybe it is because my bloodtype is AB- I don't know... :whatgives

She's got a beautiful feel to Her. Just beautiful, and powerful. I often hear Her singing to me, just gently humming some random tune.

bright blessings,

She came to me in a song through drumming one.....
The song was so simple, but so powerful!
The words were,
"Fly......fly on the sparrow's wing..."
Over and over in a chant

Once I asked Isis to bring my cat back to me, because I was so worried about him. He was about 6 months old, and he was outside overnight, which I usually didn't allow. I just asked her to bring him back to me safe and sound.

In the middle of the night, I woke up to the sound of Tasslehoff (my cat) meowing. I was so relieved and grateful!! I went downstairs (my room's on the second story) and opened the door, but he wasn't there. I heard him meow again, and looked up, and he was on the window sill of my SECOND STORY WINDOW!!! There is nothing near my window sill besides the porch roof, and no way up there. I ran upstairs and opened my window to let him in. I was really freaked out for a while after that. I took it as a miracle from Isis.

But lately, I haven't felt her presence, like she's abandoned me. I don't really know why. Does anyone know how to get her back into my life? I really miss her!

...Buying her statue and meditating on it. I was actually given a statue of her for my birthday. A beautiful frosted glass statue that rests on my bookshelf away from toddler hands and cat jumps.

You could read up on her. Learn about where she came from and what she did and how they worshipped her. That bartleby site under Nepthys that I posted just about has everything on the myth and even the week long rituals they perform for her honor. it is quite interesting.

I don’t work with her directly, I’m a follower of Heru(Horus). She comes in and out of my life often though. I like her. I agree a very positive force. Enjoy being in Her presence.

I have a connection with her.
I've had dreams of Isis teaching me very often. And I'm very thankful to her.
I was seeking for questions about life and love, and I was lost. But I never thought that Isis would suddenly appear in my dreams and start helping me to understand the mysteries of life.
This is what she taught me:

Lesson 1: "Let's say... A person is seeking for the answer to a question about fate and destiny.
The person has to draw 7 cards from four packs of Tarot cards. These 7 cards
are 7 different oppurtinities for that person to form his own fate and future.
A person with good intuition will have good cards. But a person who doesn't make
decisions from his heart has bad cards. Choose your cards well and wisely, because
there are only 4 packs of cards, and you have to choose 7 cards - it's up to you from which pack you draw these cards from.
The person chooses 4 cards of 7.
Fate has offered every human only certain 7 paths/cards, not more than that.
And every human has different cards that the fate has offerded to choose between.
So, the fate partly depends on you too. Remember that. Don't let yourself believe that life will make this all for you - you have to make decision too."

Lesson 2: "Never ever show your cards to others. Silence is wisdom. Be silent, devoted and brave." She taught me that every human has a hidden 'second' spirit, she said mine was the wolf and my strength was one of a bear's, and that I'm loyal like a dog.
She told me that people have to look into themselves.

Lesson 3: "Stand in a dark room. Close your eyes. Reach out your hands on your sides
and try to think that you're trying to open your Third Eye.
When the Third Eye opens, it is green and you can see the room, despite that you're eyes are closed. Now your Third Eye is awakening."

Lesson 4: She showed me Earth in the past. I could see Atlantis, and Lemuria there.
Earth was so beautiful, and the Sun was much much bigger. But when the big flood came,
many people died, and there was snow everywhere, and frozen people buried under it.
There was a strong wind and an epicentre in the North Pole.
Then she showed me a painting of Jeanne D'Arc. "What do you see in this painting?
I see a courageous, brave, lovely and compassionate girl, ready to fight for her freedom."
She walked out of the painting and raised her sword, and a bright light appeared and
it was directed to an open bright balcony. Jeanne D'Arc looked like a High Priestess.
She told me to listen to my intuiton.

I'm so grateful to her! I'm thankful in my inmost heart. Blessed be...

I don't work dirrectly with Isis, but I am interested in the Egyptian pantheon, and work with Thoth. Isis always seemed to me like the quintesential powerful woman: beautiful and infinatly generous, but with such great power that she's a little intimidating.

I'd felt like there was a deity out there that wanted my attention...
It just felt so generic to say Goddess without a name
connected to it.
I did a few meditations on this and sent word out into the Universe that I wish to know my patron Deity.
On CSI(origional) mentioned the Goddess Isis on a program, I read her name in a few books: some
in my herb books and others in Cunnngham's I think.
There's a street named Isis whre Mom and I go camping. An Isis auto repair garage in the town we lived in...
Everytime I saw heard or read Her name I'd get this warmth come over me. When I got The Mysteries of Isis book (deTraci Regula-Cunningham's friend) that
was the first papagraph, about how we get this warmth everytime Her name is brought up ! I knew I
was "home".
Then there was our apartment building fire ! We're out in the parking lot and it may have been selfish but I didn't want to loose the books I'd collected. I put a bubble around the building. The only apt damaged was the one where it started, with the other 11 apts no one lost anything more than a few soggy clothes. I praised Isis for her help and thanked the fireman for getting they're work.
I feel closer to Her now that I have an effigy of Her
on my alter.

P.S. I've added color to Her feathers and Her necklace. The pic doesn't do Her justice !

MsMollimizz: Wow, your experiences with Isis sound quite similar to mine! :) Isis is the individualized aspect of the Goddess who has connected with me the most. I too have had interesting coincidences concerning her , as well as dreams! :) The Mysteries of Isis book was the first publication i ever own that dealt specifically with Isis. The paragraph you mentioned made me feel happy and a litte teary eyed as well! lol! Here is a picture of an Isis statue i bought from ebay that i absolutely love! :)

For me, in regards to my dreams, her name has been mentioned, or i've seen images of her. An example would be when i dreamed of walking into a bookstore and discovering a whole bookshelf full of books dedicated to her. The picture of her was a side profile one, horned/disk headdress included. I've also had quite a few interesting coincidences concerning her. Isis is an amazing Goddess (in my humble opinion that is!) :)

Isis is also my patron deity...I've had lots of encounters with her, the most recent being that in a moment of crisis a peregrine falcon landed right next to me (quite literally feet away) and then flew off. The falcon is a symbol of Isis and peregrine are extremely rare in Florida! I've had lots of meditations with her, she is beautiful and powerful without being tyrannical or out of control. She always touches me somehow when I see her- she'll run her hand through my hair or grab my hand.

Deep down inside I don't feel that She approved that I shared my personal experience with Her to a bunch of people online...so I've deleted what I posted and replaced it with this message.

Lapis, that sounds wonderful. =)

Iset is such a wonderful goddess and mother.

I would post a whole entry from my diary regarding some amazing experiences I had with her yesterday and the day before, but she doesn't want me to; what happened between she and I is personal; our thing. But I will tell you that I am happy to have Iset as my mother. =)

Glory and worship be to Iset!
Glorious and wonderful is the Queen of Heaven!
