Anyone doing SPARK! fitness out there????
For those of us over age 35...I have found SPARK the way to boost metabolism, burn fat and fit fitness into your already full life!

Most people say they just don't have time to go to the gym and workout. I have found a way around this.

It involves fifteen explosive ten minute exercise sessions (we call them SPARKS!) per week. Have been working with this concept since January and folks really do crank up metabolism, burn fat and lose inches!

The research behind SPARK was done at the University of Virginia by Dr. Glassaer. It's a great way to approach exercise particularly for those just starting to workout. For those of us that have been training for years, just add more SPARKS to your week.
