battling depression

Hey all, me again.
I'm a bit out of sorts, and desperately in need of support. My life has kinda been a downward spiral lately. Everything's gone to hell in a handbasket, so to speak. I'm feeling very alone and unwanted, like I'm just floating in some deep, dark, black cloud and no one's there to reach out to. I need help crawling out of this hole I've sunken into, and I can't find it anywhere. I figured, even though I'm new here and really don't know anyone, maybe some of you might care enough to help me battle this, or at least offer some advice. Anything would help. Honestly, that's how bad it's gotten. :sadman:

Well..this is a good site to share, and say how your feeling..
just remember "everyone" at some point has times or days when they feel like hell..and nothing feels right... what is the saying "this to will pass"..
if you can find someone to talk to..??
Do something that really iinspires you or gives you joy or satisfaction??
Sometimes meds can help-
I went through some really bad stuff afew years ago- just huge- and saw a counselor, then Dr..took meds for a short term... / they helped when I needed them...got me past that place...
