Lately , i think the world is becoming a colder place.Look at whats happening everywhere.I know we have hat almost every generation has had, but theres something nastier, icyer about it all.Freedom is bieng taken away, and at the same time peole are more aware of it.Yet nothing is bieng done.I dont think there are conspiracies to the level David Icke talks about but i do think that some of it is true.All those beheadings of late- done with small cutting blades.why cant these people see how wrong it is?Have they no awareness or respact for life?How canthey go to sleep thinking "when i get up im going to slowly and painfully cut the head off an innocent person while they are fully concious"?No respect.All those lives lost in that heap of Bullsh*t called "The war on terrorism".What is it that makes groups attack the most defendable and vengeful country in the world?Why make it hard?They must know something we dont if they go to all that trouble to attack america when the could cause 10 times the damage in other countries and get away with it.

Why do men shout "From my cold dead hands" when 6 year olds shoot each other, and 12 year olds shoot there parents while they sleep?What is going on in the minds of people that beat a kid to death in a nightclub for not giving having any ciggarettes to give?I know this is a long rant but for a world that is turning more spiritual and is waking up, it is also becoming so so materialistic and shuuting down to the point of blindness.Why are my 10 and 7 year old brothers telling each other to go f*uck themselves?Why is scandal and deatyh and misfortune "entertainment"? I know im asking alot of questions.Most of them are rhetorical, though they do have answers.

Right now this is the happiest time of my life so far.I love my job,I have good friends and good times with them,Iv made tons of small changes like giving more to charity etc. and this is making me much happier.But at the same time, look at what iv just written.All this hurt, sorrow, evilness and insanity in the world.So many people are totally oblivious.But which has more freedom, to listen to everything, take in everything and be depressed to the point of death by everything?? or to ignore it and get on with life and be happy to block out this cold world??Either way, your bieng controlled.

Freedom once was the single greatest invention.People had freedom, used freedom , were free.Now freedom is just an idea, floating away on the wind.To be free of one source is to be controlled by another.freedom has become a word used to describe the passing of power and control.Like so many poor souls, freedom is dead, lost to emptyness.And like what happens to everything that dies, it will soon be forgotten.

You certainly have quite a list there.

I get frustrated at this stuff as well. Parents can go to jail for the crimes of their children but can go to jail or have their child taken from them for punishing their children. I think part of what made better people of the generations before us was fear of their parents. I know a good smack from my mom made me listen.

I also see that few people take responsibility for themselves. I can’t go an hour without hearing. It’s the economy’s fault, it’s my job’s fault, it’s the government’s fault, It’s my parent’s fault…my spouse’s fault…my car’s fault…the movies…video games…it was the food I ate…and so on. I almost never hear people say opps my fault. Since Nov is coming I’ll use voting. Look at the pathetic number of people who vote. Why don’t they vote. Is it their fault, No. I have to work, Oh my family, It’s too hard, bla bla bla. It’s because if they voted what happens would be their responsibility. If they don’t vote it’s the governments fault, it’s the people who voted fault.

Your list and mine are just a small peak at the troubles of the world. How do we fix them. I have no idea all I know is I’m gonna try to make a decent person out of my child. Please try to do the same.

I blame our culture in general which is a commercial product. Think about it. What part of our culture doesn't have a copyright? It's the loss of community that U.S. once had. People are fragmented based on weird things. It's only getting worse and it's done to max out profits. Everyone was to get rich but destroying what is left of our culture isn't going to do it. People feel isolated and the lastest copyrighted thing will make them part of a greater community based solely on that copyrighted idea. Clubs being one of them.

I pose this dare: any writers, etc who want to share thier work on these forums, do so with the Creative Commons licenses http://creativecommons.org/ and let us build an online pagan community for which we can gain support and form a unique community.

But im not ready to leave for a long time yet.
