Well i know for a fact that my house is haunted by a poltergiest, a friendly one and he is more like part of the family, but recently I have been hearing crying all around the place, but not at home!Even when im alone i can hear it, i get this feeling that it is a girl who was bullied at my college!

well...when i leave the house it seems like shes following me, but shes never in my house, I can hear her sniffling now!!I can always hear something along the lines of crying whesther it be sniffling or gulping or actual crying.....its bizzare!

trust me.. if she is an entity.. she sounds like she is trying to get your attention.. they can talk your ear off if you let them.. I should know.. I talk to them all the time and have been since I was a child; it's one of the freebie services I do for people. That and animal communication therapy.

I don't know why she has chosen me though......i heard it first in the toilets in my college and since then she has been following me..ive been trying to find out if any girls have killed themselves after being bullied or anything like that!

If you're honestly hearing voices, would it not be prudent to talk to a psychologist to rule out a more mundane issue?

Im not hearing voices....she only cries..and i can feel a presence...Im not mad...I think!

Your not nuts.
Just take sometime, when your able to be alone, cause you really don't want someone who doesn't understand, or know what's going on to think you are nuts.

Sit and talk to her, give her time...
if she's crying she'll need to calm down enough to talk.
Ask her, her name, what she wants from you, what she thinks you can do to help her.
She may need you to do some talking for her, to other's, maybe her mother...

I'll try my best but my dad thinks that my gifts are just coming to me...my nan has powers of premonition and so do I in my dreams and I thought that was it but so the ghost in our house seems to be picking on me and ive got this girl wanting to contact me!

You could try using a Spirit board to talk to her. Perhaps if she knew you were not afraid of her she would tell you how you could help her, or at least get her story out so that you could deal with it.

I used to live in a haunted house too. We saw a ghost disappear into a wall. He was "see-through" and in his 40's or so. Still dressed in a khaki man's work clothes. It happened in Texas City - where there was a terrible explosion in the 40s. I think he died then, and just didn't know he was dead. We moved before we ever got to talk to him. It was kind of freaky.

Okay, now that you understand that, calm down. Ghosts will only speak to you if you're truly wanting to listen. There are three ways you can talk to her. The least safe way is to use a Ouija board.
Another way is to ask her a question, and then clear your mind. Generally, the first thing that comes to your mind is her reaction or what she's saying.
The last way, is to get a microphone and a small tape recorder. Ask her the questions. Then play back the tape, and, if you're lucky, you'll be able to hear her answer.

I have spoken to one of my ghosts, in a previous house, before. :) He had a bad habit of taking my leggings, and I was yelling at him because I thought he stole my tights. Then my mind heard him say, 'I didn't take your tights! *sigh* They're in the top drawer of your dresser.' And, sure enough, that's where they were. ^_^
